Brian Stephan, Team Leader
Brian and his wife Noel are natives of the La Crosse area and reside in Onalaska.  Their son Matthew and his wife Lindsey live in Cedar Rapids, IA with their 2 daughters.  Daughter, Megan and her husband Shawn live in Onalaska. 

Brian purchased the RE/MAX franchise in April of 1993 and in November of 1994 merged with two other local real estate companies and we have been growing ever since.

Mary Jones, Buyer's Specialist
Mary was raised in rural Wisconsin, and moved to the La Crosse area 15 years ago.  Mary and her family live in Onalaska.
Mary has worked in real estate for eight years.  Her achievements include Rookie of the Year her first year in real estate, and she is in the top 5% of all agents in the La Crosse area.
Mary graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Madison with a BS degree in art.  She has previous work experience in client service related fields. Her extensive background helps her with meeting her clients' needs, being a good negotiator and knowledgable about the real estate market in the Coulee Region.

Jan Youngren, Team Assistant
Jan grew up in Caledonia, MN and moved to the La Crosse area in 1979.  Jan and her husband Steve live in Onalaska.
Jan joined The Brian Stephan Team in November, 2002.  Previous to real estate, Jan spent a number of years working in other administrative positions; plus working in retail.
Jan's responsibilities include setting up showings, marketing and coordinating closings; keeping the Team in sync.
