Brian Stephan, Team Leader
Brian and his wife Noel are natives of the La Crosse area and reside in Onalaska.  Their son Matthew and his wife Lindsey live in Cedar Rapids, IA with their daughter Madelin.  Daughter, Megan, is recent graduate of the University of
Wisconsin - Eau Claire.
Brian purchased the RE/MAX franchise in April of 1993 and in November of 1994 merged with two other local real estate companies and we have been growing ever since.

Mary Jones, Buyer's Specialist
Mary was raised in rural Wisconsin, and moved to the La Crosse area 10 years ago.  Mary and her husband Danny live in Onalaska with their 2 children.
Mary has worked in real estate for five years.  Her achievements include Rookie of the Year her first year in real estate, and she is in the top 5% of all agents in the La Crosse area.
Mary graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Madison with a BS degree in art.  She has previous work experience in client service related fields. Her extensive background helps her with meeting her clients' needs, being a good negotiator and knowledgable about the real estate market in the Coulee Region.

Jan Youngren, Team Assistant
Jan grew up in Caledonia, MN and moved to the La Crosse area in 1979.  Jan and her husband Steve live in Onalaska. They have two daughters.
Jan joined The Brian Stephan Team in November, 2002.  Previous to real estate, Jan spent a number of years working in retail along with other administrative positions.
Jan's responsibilities include setting up showings, marketing and coordinating closings; and keeping the Team coordinated.
